Last time when i visited Ramnagar bus depot, uttrakhand i found inside the bus station one shop named as uttrakhand parivahan neer selling the water in 20 rs. Which is having mrp 15 rs. When i asked about 5vrs extra they told it is cooling charge.
I go to contact privahan nigam office to complaint about this. But no one available there to listen my complaint.
