Order ID – OD125357765528511000.FOSSIL GRANT Smart Analog Watch Worth Rs. 4702 received on 2 July 2022. In Shared picture delivery agent has handovered me Tampered Brand Fossil BOX. Flipkart WRAPPING is missing(Moreover this product is FLIPKART ASSURED- 5level verification) . I emailed , call customercare regarding why delivered tampered product. Why no flipkart package. Why it wasn’t checked properly. Why Fossil brand model was not available in OFFICIAL website. NO REPLY TILL DATE (13-7-22) and HEAVY CALL DROPS INTENTIONALLY by Executives. I raised complaints . No responses. I lost my patience, Trust, on Flipkart. Please ?? Do some needful and Penalise them. Im mentally disturbed. Many like me suffering everyday sir. Selling fake products, No packaging, no response still demanding us to wait as per wish. Im demanding compensation for selling tampered products, blocked my money for 13 days.
