I am from Mumbai, Maharashtra. I had ordered two kilos walnuts from EZMall and received delivery today on 12 July 2020 by paying 1500/- to their courier. After opening one packet was shocked to see rotten, horrible tasting,black color small pieces of walnut. When I called their EZMall helpline the operator told me since Maharashtra covid situation is very bad we cannot do anything about it. I am shocked at this whole customer service. They have no covid problem to deliver rotten walnuts in Maharashtra but only when customer complaints then immediately covid problem is used to cheat the customers . I was told no refund of my money and nothing can be done. I want to alert customers not to buy from ezmall. There are so many complaints about innocent customer being duped By ezmall.
