Amazon through their Pantry section seller sold an expired dairy product worth INR 946 vide order number 406-9531717-2845146. The customer care had asked me to dispose off the material and assured a refund. They have now failed to refund back the amount despite it being more than a week since the complaint was filed.
How an a seller sell expired food product and have no remorse in doing so and refuse a refund? Isnt it a punishable offence?
