I bought luminous invertor model no. NEO 850 but they deliever low cost invertor. After recivecing the invertor i had request to refund on 20th march 22. But untill now they didnt return the back and they keeping my money. Before 24 th march they was saying that they will pick up the parcel but now they saying they will pick before 28th march 22.
My order no. Was OD224419746036553000 on dt. 15 march 22.
