Product- Realme 12+ 5G (8/256 gb) New Purchase date – 20/03/2024
Delivery date- 24/03/2024

Reason for replacement – Pre activated mobile phone since 10/03/2024, original seal was open and was applied another fake seal over the original seal to hide open seal
Replacement date – 24/03/2024 Replacement delivery date – 29/03/2024

Reason for return – Again pre activated mobile phone since 09/03/2024, original seal was open and was applied another fake seal over the original seal to hide open seal.
Return pickup date – 04/04/2024
Return pickup by- ATS agent after checking everything in the phone along with the IMEI no.
Expected refund initiation date – 11/04/2024 Till date no refund initiated On contacting Amazon Customer Support they are now saying that the product they received from me is not the same product they delivered. Therefore they will neither give refund nor give the replacement product.
Firstly I wish to get my full refund of Rs. 19950/- Additionally I demand Rs.50,000,00/- compensation for the Physical Fraud, Mental Harassment, Financial Fraud, Wastage of time and money.

I also suspect that pre activated phone might be use for Terrorist activity or any other illegal activity, attempt to steal financial or physical data by providing pre hacked phones. So these Sellers along with Amazon should be held liable for National Security Threat to INDIA. I tried to talk and reason with Amazon Customer Support and explain my situation but they are clearly not willing to provide me the solution and they want to commit fraud with me. I will be highly thankful to you.
I have complained on NCH app multiple times but no satisfactory action taken yet.(Previous Grievance Reference number – 5699305, 5697750, 5727856, 5753233)

After multiple complaints 19950/- is refunded but there was no written apology or any compensation for the fraudulent activity. Also there was no action taken on the fraud sellers which indicate that amazon might also be involved in this fraud. Also they said that they investigated and but they never asked me for any proof which I did have on video. They just said that I am committing fraud.
Refund received 19950/- on 20/04/2024
Company & seller/Pickup agent tried to commit fraud twice and blamed me for the same. Amazon said they investigated but they did not asked me for any proof, hence it’s clear that they were involved and didn’t investigated at all.

Demand –
1. Written apology from Amazon and Seller + legal action against whoever was responsible.
2. Refund was to be initiated on 11/04/2024 and it was initiated on 20/04/2024, hence penalty for the delay and holding my money while committing fraud.
3. Fraud was committed hence penalty for cheating.
4. Phone bought during sale at 19950 & actual price is 25999, hence price difference as penalty.
5. Penalty for financial and mental harassment, fraud, time and money wastage, potential hacking attempt, any illegal activities associated.
