I am selling on Amazon since July-2020 and selling nicely, but since last few times we are receiving return product which does not belong to us and when we file safety claim they just reimbursed on there wish where we are at loss… we are selling expensive product and dont know its customer or between courier company who are playing this game and changing product in between and making us loss and our brand name also getting spoiled.
At Amazon there is no proper customer service for Seller where we can speak to them and explain and get reply, the people we talk they just reply as a computer generated replies.. means at time we are helpless… this cheating is big happening and all seller are loosing big in money and name please try to get solution for this.. as Amazon being so reputed online platform and if cannot control such activities will spoil there customers numbers.
