Text of Complaint by Sarang Bhosale:

Recently I ported my number from Jio to Airtel due to calling issues because of my  VOLTE nonsupporting mobile. When I opted for this port, the Airtel representative at my office said that he’ll change the plan after porting from Rs.299/moth to Rs.99/month. But he hasn’t done it after a month too. Also Airtel customer care is also very much careless about it and they are saying that I can’t reduce the bill plan. I use this card only for very few calls. So now I have to pay for their internet and other charges though I am not using it. This is how customers get robbed from Airtel. Hope I’ll get some justice in this platform.
