Text of Complaint by Akash keshari:

I ordered a product on 11 June 2020 which I received on 16 June 2020 after using the product I got many issues so I decided to get my product repaired

At the time of repairing the care center told me that it’s out of warranty and the product is registered on 2019 and as per there procedure they told me to upload the bill to the brand which the product belong

After doing all there procedure they told me that the serial number is not mentioned in the invoice and get the invoice having serial number. I called amazon from where I bought the product on 18 November 2020 describing my issue and they told me it will take 4-6 working day. I called on 24 November 2020 the amazon customer care told me that it will mailed to me on 26 November 2020 but I didn’t get any mail regarding this. After that I called on 27 November 2020 the amazon customer care told there is technical problem so please call tomorrow. On 28 November 2020 after 10 days of raising the issue the amazon customer care it’s not been produced and we don’t know when it will produce and “ we don’t have any information regarding the invoice so we cannot help you” .
1. They fraud me by selling used and registered product

2. They are not solving the problem I am having because of them
