Text of Complaint by Naveen Koppula:

Brought new Dongle got sim along with dongle. Did activated but internet is not working. When i contact to customer care no one responsed properly. Every one says issue with my new specific mobile number. And i went to place where i brought that dongle then also no response there. This is rediculaus, when you don’t have support for issues then why to sell those non functional Dongles.

I understand that not full staff is working. But in that case you should not sell these when you don’t have support for atleast activation. Now i can’t go to other networks as i invested Rs 2500 already in this.
