I was asked to submit my oustanding amount for number 8285584125 for previous service provider which I did on 6th May 2020. Despite paying bill my outgoing call services were deactivated and have not been activated still. The helpline number cannot be connected from my phone as outgoing is deactivated.
I tried using other number to connect to customer care which nobody responded to and even mailed my problem to customer help mail but got no help. They responded by asking me to link my mail id to number, which I did and again sent them mail. But still no help was provided. It has been almost a week and still no action was taken from there side.
I had sent them receipt no and other details which airtel had asked me submit via email but they did not activated outgoing services.I have been facing issues due to their lack of action and total ignorance.
