Don’t deal. Guy asks for money and stops responding once paid. Asked for COD, has taken 30% via payu.in portal. Created a ticket in payu.in but no response from there as well.

I faced exactly this issue.
Have details of by transaction of 1200 advance paid.
Now no response from them
All their sites/ insta / etc are not opening
