I ordered few things(shoes,track pants,gym bag, supporter) from Flipkart and it arrived with fitting issues I asked for replacement and the replacement was approved. After few days a delivery person comes and deliver as replaced the shoes which was not fitting well and took the replaced shoes along with the track pants which was supposed to get replaced (NOTE: He did not gave the replacement track pant he just took the previous received pants) and the shoes were again delivered with the same size( I placed refund for shoes). Few days after the delivery person arrives near my house and calls me and asks me for the pants which they took from me and told me that you ( means me) will only get the delivery of replacement once you give us the previous received package ( which I had already submitted to them) and after that every second day they are giving me messages and no one is ready to give me pants or refund or any response they are troubling me like anything. Seller is saying to contact customer care and customer care is taking whole big time to respond and now the seller won’t even come to receive shoes for refund or not even receive my calls or respond to it.
