Dear sir i am a seller at meesho i received my order from meesho seller account i shipped that order through ecom express which was sent by meesho company the order was not accepted by customer and it was coming back to me through ecom express it is missing and no solution is given by meesho and ecom express my seller account is also deactivated by meesho saying that you are not doing any buisness and you will not get yor product claim because your account is deactivated they have taken 2 months to mark my product lost and then they said they will give me claim for that and now they are saying that your account is deactivated you cannot get your product back and as well as claim for the product which lost by these 2 companies kindly help me please
