Recently I ordered Voltas 1 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC from flipkart and the seller is IWQNBecommerce. The product is supposed to be delivered by 14th May but I have some issue with the specification with the order. So I tried to cancel my order but it is showing that ordered cannot be cancelled then I talked with customer care they are saying that the seller does not provide cancellation. Then I searched the seller “IWQNBecommerce ” on google and there I saw so many similar incidents that happened with people who ordered from the same seller related to cancellation, Refund and quality of the products shipped by IWQNBecommerce seller.
I need help to cancel my order and I request to please take strict action against the seller IWQNBecommerce .
