Placed an order with IndiaMart seller ‘Santoshi Maa Digitech’ for purchase of Samsung mobile battery. Upon receiving the order, the product was found not working. Through IndiaMart platform the seller advertised that the batteries carry 6 months Samsung warranty, however Samsung denied their claims stating that they do not honor warranty for batteries purchased from retail market. IndiaMart refused to initiate action against the fake seller. Samsung had also refused warranty.
