Seller and Flipkart both are not giving proper update

Text of Complaint by Dinesh Choure:

I have ordered LG 65 inch TV from flipkart via seller IWQNBecommerce on 7th October and on 10th they have delivered the faulty product
They took it back as it was open box delivery after that i called flipkart seller support several times to inform that I dont want refund I want replacement and they said yes we have taken your response and you will get replacement and seller sent my order to refund
After that I had placed order again which cost me higher than the previous order price and now on flipkart it is showing that my order will be delivered to me on 14th October i.e. today and installation will be done on 15th where in shipping it is showing product is yet to ship and it will shipped on 17th
I simply don’t understand how product will ship on 17th and deliver to me by today.
In addition my previous order which was cancelled by seller the refund is yet to come.

And this is not the first order where flipkart is doing such kind of things with me
I am loosing trust on flipkart completely now
In the BBD only i have placed the orders above 2 lacs on flipkart and such things are happening to me
Whenever I am calling flipkart customer support their executive is giving me same information which I can see on screen and when I insist them to give the call to senior they say that they will inform senior to give call back which I had never received since year.
