Here the KSB Cinemas situated at Vavipalayam Tiruppur District, we and our friends are planned to watch Irugapattru movie, so we taken tickets at the Theatre counter Screen 1 F7 to F9 which is middle of the screen, but after entering the screen they changed Screen 1 to Screen 2 that Seats are very low line very close to Screen, so we can’t enjoy the movie and Very upset and headache also, and staff also very rude behaviour done, this is all recorded in Screen CCTV also, So kindly take appropriate action and we need Refund with compensation. thank you
