Text of Complaint by Nidal Ali:

I am a seller on Amazon.ae for almost one year.

my seller account business name is Hind outlet

Recently we had a problem regarding listing authorization & fraud listing issues.

We did reply to amazon.ae regarding this issue and we provided them with all the information & documents related to this matter explaining that our account never been involved on linked in listing or selling of inauthentic, infringing, unsafe, or deceptive items.

Amazon.ae did not look into the documents and just sent a message mentioning that they need more information & not mentioning or discussing about the documents we sent neither about the items that Amazon.ae has doubts about.

If Amazon.ae has any doubts about any of the items we sell, we have the rights as a seller to see the items & get official complaints from the customers directly whom has a problems with our products but Amazon.ae have never provided us with such information or documents, proofs or customer negative feedback about any issues wither our product that is original or not or at least a list of customers who has complaints against us??

Amazon.ae cannot decide that out items are duplicate or not original unless they receive official complaint from a customer and after such a complaint the product should be inspected officially by Dubai Government – Consumers Rights section, and this organization is only the authorized party for such issues in order to decide on the product originality or not.

As of today we have never received any complaints as I mentioned earlier from Amazom.ar customers or from any of our customer in the whole United Arab Emirates or worldwide.

After all of this headache and after trying several times with Amazon.ae regarding clearing this issue & reactivating my account nothing happened an all my attempts wear gone without any success.

I was depressed so I sent an email to Amazon.ae regarding my payment balance clearance but they replied that I have to clear all the customer issue, complaints, A to Z guarantees ETC so I have to wait for 90 days in order to get my money.

The 90 days was over & I sent a request to get my pending balance paid, but I received an email from Amazon UK requesting me to explain the issue again & again in order to disburse my money.

I did write an email to UK explaining the full issue, bit I received a reply from them that my explanation in not acceptable & therefor I am not eligible to get my money & this is the final decision by them and also in the future they might not attend any further emails from my side regarding this money issue.

My questions are:

Amazon.ae has no rights or authority to withheld my money which I worked hard for unless they have authorization from Dubai government to so.

This action by Amazon.ae is illegal and not acceptable by us completely and we shall and will take this legally with Dubai Government authorities

My request and demand is to look into my complaint genuinely & address it to someone who is a problem solver and cares about Amazon.ae reputation so my problem can be solved in good faith.
