I have purchased a Seller Fulfilled product but I had to place a return request for the product. Seller has approved. As it is a seller fulfilled I have to do self shipping.

Now Seller and amazon is denying to refund self shipping charges. But it is clearly mentioned here that amazon will refund it.
I have email from amazon saying that I will receive my self shipping charges in my Amazon pay balance.
Can you please help me in getting this refund?
