Dear Sir/Madam,

Today (9th August, 2022) i ordered 4 Tea with my colleagues around 13:00 O’clock, in Mr. Chai Baaz (Shop name) near YMCA, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad (land mark: Narayana Guda metro, Hyderabad) after founding housefly in Tea glass, given complaint to shopkeeper his response was very bad with me and no apology and shown no concern on the issue and he was rude to me and asking me to leave the shop without making any noise,
Kindly take necessary action to avoid such incidents in future, this kind of shops taking granted for rules and regulations please help and protect me my Right.

Note : attached Shop name, tea cup with house fly and my payment proof
