I have deactivated two jio fiber accounts in February 2020

1 with registered mobile no- 8587042561
2 nd with registered mob no- 9811211604

I have submitted all information which were required for refund still I have not received any refund till now .

I am very disappointed with jio customer service.

Pls take action as soon as possible otherwise i lodge a complaint in national consumer helpline.
