I am pay security money 699 and buy arrived within 2 hours but not responding.

I took a loan from Gocash on December 2021 0f #12,000 and I have paid #10,000.00, and the company is saying they have not the money, pls check your account very well
they are Vox and they said are from MTN so they said they are going to send sms and I must accept them so that they will dept n I dined and I told them I know the Capitec itself will ask me if I know them n I didn’t follow that.. today 29/01/22 they deducted R159 and return cos I got nothing on my hand
