Excitel company is fraud and conducting scams by forfeiting security deposit (₹2000). The termination request was placed 7 months ago, router was taken back and even after 50 calls and follow ups, no result. This means that they are doing fraud with consumers and should be penalized. Request the concerned authorities to take a strict action.
