I am pre existing customer to Excitel company and I disconnect this network and returned the device on 14th Nov 2022 .The company promised to refund my security deposit (₹2000) after 90days
But till date there is no refund recivid from the network provider.
I raised a ticket Ticket num:1741674 and requested for my refund update even after 50+ calls and follow ups, no result. This means that they are doing fraud ,mentally I depressed with network provider. I could see this is not happing only to me they are cheating lot of people on behalf of all I requesting to take an action on it .I believe in our law and justice please take an appropriate decisions to keep people believes that we will get justice in India for any type of issue .
