I have terminated the service and returned the router 2.5 months ago and they said that you will get refund within 60 days but now they are just making excuses daily but not refunding the security deposit ,it’s been 75 days , customer care repeat same statement everytime but don’t resolve the problem,I thought I’m the only one but I found there are many more whom they have not refunded ,plz take action against the company ,it’s economical as well as mental harassment.

Hi, I am facing the same issue. They took 2000rs as security deposit for the router which they assured was refundable after we return the router. Its been more than three months and I have not got my refund back. Seeing that there are many consumers facing the same issue, I decided to take legal action. As a first step, I have sent a legal notice to their regional office in Okhla phase 3 , Delhi and their corporate officer at Aerocity. If they don’t respond within 7 days I would file an official complaint in consumer court.
