Product Name- Sony xperia XA 1 Ultra dual mobile phone

Delivered on- 05/12/18

Cost of purchase- 23999 Rs/-

Problem facing:

Paytm Return/Refund window is not working,

Invoice not showing seller email/contact no.

Paytm help line no. 0120 4606060 & 01133776677 not connecting last many days, where I escalate my issue, return window of subjected order is only 7 days only.

3 times mail I have given to paytm but query not solved.

I need to refund my full amount immediately,
