Text of Complaint by Asad Khan:

Hi,

I have booked a ticket from EaseMyTrip on 10th of April 23 for the flight from Chennai to Lucknow (travel date 20th of April) Booking ref: EMT115315122
I selected seats and paid for the seats to EaseMyTrip on 11th April 23 and received confirmation from EaseMyTrip for Web Checkin. Booking ref: EMT115369871
I was reverifying the details before travel and see my seat is not assigned and I have not received any communication from EaseMyTrip on this. I immediately contacted the booking agency to enquire about this and now the booking agency EaseMyTrip is asking me to pay more money for seat selection. They are not ready to accept their mistake and force me to pay extra.
