Hello my name is Bhagwat Prasad Mishra. I am from panipat haryana. I come to Guwahati for his sales work. and my work was over then I went to paltan bazar deep travel and I said I have to go till tinsukhiya and I want sleeper seat in sleeper class. In the bus, they gave me a sitting seat by calling it a gold seat and also made a mistake in my name. Even when I gave them ₹ 700 full sleeper seat fare. Ticke sl.no. 31307 I told the driver, but I didn’t hear anything. Bus number AR01 M 7940 .
