What clause should I mention in a complaint against Amazon regarding cancelling my confirmed order after 1 day of confirmation order ID mail. When I called customer care, they say that the product ‘cancelled towards the seller’. What should I do? Please suggest me. The matter was that I ordered SEAGATE EXPANSION 1.5 TB EXTRENAL HDD disc of 2399 rupees. The order was confirmed but amazon cancelled my order after 1 day of order confirmation mail but they didnt response. I called costumer care and he said it was not our fault as the product was cancelled by the seller and we cant help you. Now the main problem is that the product which i ordered amounted to 2399 rupees respectively but their price has been raised by 2399 rupees on amazon and now their price is 4299 rupees. So please tell me that what can i do or what should i do ?
