I purchased 2 items from Amazon which came together in one big box, I saw that the box was torn from one side, when I told the delivery partner he told to hurry up and take the package and report it to Amazon. When I opened it after he left, the SD card Packet inside worth RS.1950 was torn open and the card was missing. Only the empty packet was in. I called the delivery partner instantly but he refused to come back and talked very rudely. I reported the whole incident to Amazon Support Team and demanded for A replacement or Refund, but today after 3 days when I called them back they first stalled me for 1.5 hrs on call by transferring it and cutting abruptly, then they Straightaway refused and cut the call. They said they wont raise the query again. I am stranded in no help from Amazon.
