I ordered “Zebra Blen Emulsion Ink Ball-Point Pen Refill 0.5mm” from Scooboo.in on 8th December. They sent me the wrong refill. Instead of NC-0.5 as advertised on their website they shipped “SNC-0.5”. They agreed to a replacement and I sent the item back with Delivery.com tracking number 1215139648102. Even though they received the return on 22nd December, they have not shipped the replacement yet as on 5th Jan 2023 (even after 14 days). The person handling customer service by the name of “Shrishti Bhatnagar” is extremely arrogant and does not reply to multiple emails.
I want a replacement sent ASAP or the original refill returned. If no action is taken I will send a “Legal Notice” and file a court case.

Scooboo sent me a replacement and I received it. Closing this case as resolved.
