Text of Complaint by Jitendra:

On 8th  july amount paid from my wallet , paid to my friend more than 4000 Rs.  Yet to reflect,  paytm complaints team failed to resolve that issue,  within their home only transaction done from wallet to wallet still they are unable to understand the same and a week passed & no reply yet,  attached snap of email received but still waiting for the resolution.  Pathetic services from Paytm,  never expected.
