Hi My name is Mohanapriya i have booked NeuGo bus for my husband through NeuGo app. he was in hosur so i have searched departure place hosur and destination place salem then i got a result of Hosur (6.35 PM) to salem (10:05 PM).
The bus far aLoan Rs.449 and along with CGST and SGST total bus far is Rs.502 and then i booked this journey at 5:07 PM and when booking i gave my husband number. After few minutes my husband got message from NueGo whatsApp. In that they mentioned the journey from Bangalore to Trichy etc…and Please reach the pickup point at least 10 mins before the journey time. as per request he reached the pickup point 10 mins before. and then he forwarded the NueGo whatsApp message to me. I read all the details after that only i realized that i wast cheated and i came to know that i have paid for the whole journey from bangalore to trichy without my acknowledgment and for proof i have searched the departure from bangalore and destination to trichy in that the bus far is Rs.449 + CGST + SGST.
He was waiting until 6.50 PM and i have checked the booking status in NueGo app in that the booking journey was completed. and I wonder how, he was waiting for the bus at pickup point and nobody contact him and we don’t have contact number in whats’app message also. I opened the app it showed that journey is completed then i tried their support contact number 18002679001 that also no response then i tried web chat in https://nuego.in/booking that also no response.
Finally He got a call for pickup from neuGo service around 7.30 PM they told it will take 20 mins to reach hosur. he has been waiting from 6.25 PM to 8.00 PM then He boarded the bus at 8.00 pm. so the pickup time 6.25 PM is for bangalore not for Hosur. The main problem is timing and no contact support.
