I have ordered apple charger, the seller on Amazon sold faulty product.
On replacement Amazon executive promised of delivering the product on priority but the delivery agent is not answering the call, while I (customer) has not received any call from Amazon delivery executive but Amazon is claiming due to Customer not answering the call they are rescheduling the delivery. I want to charge Amazon for false remarks on customer, I have all the proof of recording and report of call history with Amazon.
