Text of Complaint by Glory:

I Really Regret Joining your Vodafone Service. This is Not the First Time you  People Disappointed me. you can check all the issue on my number 884032020.

My Plan is 399 for a month ( Late Payment penalty fess 100 rs, so 399+100 =499 rs  , lets us take Max 500rs Each month )

But Each month I get Bill More than 500 Rs. which is ridiculous

If I am using any service extra, then you have the responsibility to update the customers on time, that too if it is beyond the plan.
But no such messages or mail have been sent to me.
What is going on each month I get bill Higher than Previous Month, which is really unexpected, I think you people need to look Around other competitors (JIO & AIRTEL, etc)  Where they offer are more Better than yours
Kindly revert me back as soon as possible.
