I have booked hotel to stay one night at Flagship Royal Green Hotel, Green Park, Metro Gate no1, Delhi. I had already prepaid online in Make my trip for the stay. But when I reached hotel they said the prepaid isn’t working so I had to pay on the spot higher amount than the money I paid online. After this I had to check the review and I got similar situation for other guests too. This is a true fraud and scam on people and dishonesty to their service.
