On February 25th, I ordered a nail printer from a company called Qlicensehr, or that was the name that appeared on Facebook. The nail printer was priced at 99euros (it is uploaded as a foto). On March 2nd I received it from the acs courier office and after paying it I realized that they actually sent me a simple nail UV lamp that costs no more that 10 euros. The sender’s details are

Of course when I confronted them, they blocked me. And because the product is sent and paid on delivery, the bank does not acknowledge the refund dispute.
