Bought long way company ceiling fan from Flipkart. My technician for installation came after free return period. But I the time of installation I realised that it’s not working . But I have no worries because it had mentioned in ad of long way fan that they 3 year warranty and services accross 13500 pincode. Seeing this only I bought there product . When I tried to contact them through their official number mentioned on Flipkart I realised that this number doesn’t exist. So I complaint about my incident to Flipkart customer care. After my complaint I got a call from a random number saying that they from longway company and to get my brand new fan repair I needed to send the product Delhi by paying for courier. And I have no guarantee of getting my product back . When I asked asking about their services centre in advertisement they said your product is not eligible for that. Then I asked why do you mentioned that on my product which I bought they have no answer for that . Now I know I have been cheated I tried to warn about this company through my review the so called Flipkart scammer supporting moderation policy don’t allow me to post my review. Still today this company is scamming people by fake promises with support of Flipkart. I called to Flipkart customer care and report about this company many times . They told me they will take action but it has been several months no action. Still there fake service centre promise on their products listed which is a lie
