Booked two nights at collection o 77217 amazing inn, Bangalore!! Booked a deluxe double bedroom with bathtub but all I received was a single bed room with no proper bathroom amenities and the door knob wasn’t there at all!!! I checked out within 15 minutes of checkin!! It was a terrible experience with no proper service and no refund was given even after calling customer service so many times!!! The picture in website and the place was entirely different!! Sucking experience in my life!!
