I purchased product from website https://elleandblanc.biz/, this website page was advertising on Instagram.
The product I received is wrong product and when I raised complaint with customer care the person was rude and said the money cannot be refunded. For refund he insisted me to download phonepe or paytm then only he will pay. When I asked are you scamming me, he started talking rude and disconnected call.
