Received a instagram suggestion Ad link of 2 cargo pants worth Rs: 899, on clicking to the ad link directs to a online page “Brand Fusion”
(Webpage Link: https://brand-fusion-co.myshopify.com/products/drawstring-tactical-military-work-cargo-pants-pack-of-2 ). I ordered a set of 2 pants for my wife through the webpage which only the Cash on delivery (COD) option.
I got the product via Ekart delivery partner and paid Rs.899 to the delivery person. But the pack contain an used, old, torn jeans. I tried contact the support number shared in the site but its an invalid number and the support mail id as well. It was complete scam done by the fake online site. I tried to contact the Ekart/Shiprocket delivery partner but they said there duty only to deliver the product, and once item got Delivered they can’t provide the cash back to the customer. I called seller support of shiprocket to get seller details, but they refused to share which makes them scammers too.
