I ordered a shoe rack from shoppers zone which costed me 999 , but when I opened the item it was totally different and damaged from the picture and videos as shown in the advertisement. Even the email and customer support no. are fake . I lost my hard earned 1000 rupees and received 50 Rs shoe rack . I am disappointed with Ekart how they can register such a fraud company without even background verification. Ekart is also as responsible as Shoppers Zone for the scam that is happening. Being such a big and reputed company people believe in ekart that they will be not scammed by ekart but this is not the case ekart I need my money back how they can register such a fraud company.
