Placed an order online and made the full payment of the same via PayU interface online to the company. Company sends the products in COD form. Logistics partner demands fulfilment of COD transaction and only then will I get my parcel. Pathetic customer service by Kickskaart as they don’t reply to any communication- WhatsApp Instagram or mails. Highly disappointed and warn fellow online customers to beware of this.
