I oredered a dress for an amount of Rs.1149 , But I got a t-shirt instead of a dress. And when I tried to contact them , their Number was swtiched off and no reply from their mail.

I ordered a french knot handwork with dupatta material worth 1199 on cod facility but instead received a cheap tshirt from the vendor. The vendor should be severely punished and I request for my refund. Kindly help
