I ordered two times from an Instagram seller on November 2021 but didn’t receive any updates from them. I tried contacting them multiple times and finally after 7months received one order. When I tried enquiring about the second order, they stopped picking up my calls and never responds to my messages even though I see them online most of the time. I asked them for a refund but they are not even responding to it even though they see my messages. I would like to receive my money back.
