Subject: Urgent Follow-Up: No Response to My Complaint

Dear Beformals Customer Service,

I am following up on my previous complaint regarding the incorrect and used items I received from my order. Despite issuing a customer care contact and outlining the issue, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your team.

It has been [insert time since initial complaint], and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the ongoing silence from your side. As I mentioned earlier, I received a used shirt and pants in a child’s size, completely different from what I had ordered. I have requested either a full refund or a replacement of the correct items, but I have not heard anything from your customer support team.

The lack of response is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to resolve this matter. Please provide me with clear instructions on how I can return the incorrect items and receive the items I originally ordered, or issue a full refund as soon as possible.

If I do not hear back from you within [insert a reasonable time frame, e.g., 48 hours], I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further through other channels.
