January 4th and January 5th I was using 1xbet to play a game called crash. Multiple times the game would say i lost even before the plane crashes. Then I would win but money never came into my account. It only happened when i bet big.
For over 5 hours I tried to get answers but all they told me was you lost. I have been using the app for 7 year, i have been a promoter and partner. But today it really felt like a big scam. What is frustrating no one gives answers even after sending Multiple screenshots.
The game was taken down while I was complaining, but they still refuse to take responsibility or give me clear explanations.
This is like stealing money, i dont mind losing fair and square but being cheated but a trusted app is just wrong
