It was send another model product that was ordered (neither the size, neither the colour)
The web site is www.ugg-shop.ro with no possibility to check the package at delivery.
Once returned, there is no refund send back. If the package is refused, it will be send back and re-delivered to anothe custom, untill it is payed… and the next day it is returned with no refund and this cercle is running multiple times.
