I had placed a few shirts in shopping cart on this website. The product was 3 formal shirts selling for 899 rupees through cash on delivery. However I had not placed an order but filled in the delivery address and phone number. While I was away at work, a few days later I recieve a call from my maid saying there is a Delhivery courier package of 3 formal shirts. The delivery executive told that it is COD. Unable to recollect if I had placed an order, I hastily paid the courier guy 898 rupees through Gpay. After I reach home I was shocked to see 3 used worn out smelly kids tshirts in the package. I called the Delhivery courier executive to return the money and take away the product. But he cut the call. I also spoke to the another Delhivery executive but both of them are not picking the call. It seems they are also part of this scam.
I check on the krisandjohn website if the product can be returned. However there are no orders under my email address. The Delhivery executives are also not sharing the origin of the package. I suspect they are also part of the scam. I request the consumer court to take strict action and shut down this fraudulent website which is being advertised on YouTube as a legitimate website. I have some metrics on the website found online on

Also please look into the Delhivery executives as they are not returning the money I Gpay them.
I am sharing photos of the product delivered.

It might help someone — I also placed an order from their website and received two second-hand shirts for ₹999. I checked the contact details on their site, but those turned out to be fake as well. My order was delivered by Ekart, so I looked up the tracking details and found that it was originally shipped by Rapidshyp. I then sent them an email explaining the fraud and attached all the proofs. After a couple of days, they refunded me the full amount.
